We are looking for a sales leader to take our North America presence to the next level. Our ideal candidate is a creative and driven leader, with a “can do” attitude and a proven track record of success in the cybersecurity market. As the owner of TrapX business in the region, you will be responsible for creating pipeline, managing strategic customer engagements in across multiple verticals and cultivating partner/channel relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the VP of Sales and own complete responsibility for multi-million dollar sales targets in the North American territory
  • Hands-on management and execution of all aspects of North American sales, including ownership of sales planning, performance metrics, forecasting and reporting for the NA territory
  • Manage, recruit, and oversee Channel partners and their sales efforts with the goal of expanding sales through a partner led model
  • Manage and direct all sales opportunities across all stages of the sales cycle from initial call to the close stage
  • Achieve a quota by identifying net new logo accounts
  • Identify white space opportunites with existing accounts for upsell / cross-sell
  • Develop new strategic business opportunities and expand additional markets
  • Oversee the lead development process, and ensure new leads are “funneled” into the sales process from all possible sources
  • Become an ambassador of TrapX in North America.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful experience in selling cybersecurity products & solutions to the North American market
  • Startup experience
  • A true hunter who is driven by the joy of providing cutting edge solutions to new customers and  prides themselves seeing the value come to fruition
  • A proven track record of building mindshare with channel partners
  • Experience in covering full sales cycle from setting targets, lead generation, qualification, fulfillment to negotiation / procurement / close
  • Experience and ability in overcoming client objections and negotiations
  • Awareness of market news, such as cybersecurity breaches & trends
  • Exceptional and professional written, verbal and presentation skills, for both in person and virtual environments
  • Hands on with SalesForce.com, sales metrics, forecasting and reporting
  • Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of tasks and adjust priorities in a fast paced / dynamic environment with the technical aptitude to learn new technology concepts
